Oketopa, rua mano, rua tekau.
Hello everybody and welcome to the latest edition!
As a proud Kiwi (New Zealander), I was honoured today to vote in person in our National Election, for the first time on New Zealand soil (I've been away for a very long time), and as an honorary American, I hope that every eligible voter will get out there and do the same for America. It's a very strange time right now, but everybody - your mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, my son, your children, aunties and uncles, friends and neighbours and everybody who depends on your livelihood - is depending on you. Get out and vote early if you can, or vote by mail if you have to. The fate of the nation is in your hands.
Billing
Another gentle reminder: under the new wireless billing terms in the amended MSA (which by now everybody should have signed and returned to us), due to the prepaid nature of our services, deposits are required to be on-hand in order to ensure that lines can be activated and renewed as needed. The new version of the billing area to track reseller invoices, payments, and credits has been completed and implemented for all wireless agents. In addition to this, we've also implemented a new feature for wireless renewals where you can see which lines are coming up for renewal and how much is due to be deducted from your available balance (or how much needs to be paid).
Please ensure that you have sufficient credit on your account to process upcoming renewals in your account by Friday, as this is when we are proactively sending the list of guaranteed renewals to the carriers for advance renewal processing. While we are still processing renewals on a daily/as-needed basis, due to the prepaid nature of all wireless services, you still need to ensure that there is sufficient credit on your account in advance. if a line is due for renewal but isn't paid for in advance of the renewal date, you risk the line going down until billing is resolved, and, runs the risk of being lost permanently! ISPWN can not be held responsible for lines which go down due to credit issues.

GSMA
We've noticed a few people having issues with the new plans using RUT240's. The carrier finally gave us an indication as to what is going on with these, and found that somewhere along the way, one of the systems they set up to control traffic for our lines. We are setting up a replacement and will update the settings in devices over the coming days to get devices back online and functioning properly.
In the meantime, we have already isolated lines which have not been functioning correctly, one-by-one, and have reprovisioned them to another plan (temporarily), and sent most resellers instructions for removing the VPN from the device (temporarily). The plan will be updated again and the VPN reinstated once the carrier gives us the all-clear that the new VPN system is working correctly.
CDMAV
We've noticed a lot of people having issues, particularly with MoFi devices. As such, we have revoked their approval for our CDMAV plans. There are 2 devices to replace the MoFi - the GL.inet X750 being the best bet right now.
We have, however, noticed a separate but related issue also affecting CDMAV lines, so we are also setting up a similar system to the one we have for GSMA to get things working a bit better for these plans.
GSMT
Things have been pretty quiet on the GSMT front. We've seen a downward trend in trouble tickets which suggests that - for the most part - services have been stable.
We're working closely with the network to make new services available both for high-usage plans and we're also developing some low-usage plans for IOT.
IPTV
With a newer, faster, better Android app (see Phoenix for the download link) and 3 new set-top boxes, interest in our new IPTV services has been heating up, and we're very excited to be making this available to you.

New Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) and Quantum Fiber Pricing, Speed Tiers & Tools
Yesterday we finally received much awaited access in to Lumen's prequal and ordering tools.
Along with this there have been a few changes in speeds and pricing but the best part is a new simplified system is available to our staff to use to qualify service addresses for ADSL, VDSL2 and bonded VDSL2, FTTx and other Fiber products, with greatly improved access to the services we can make available on that infrastructure.
New pricing and service tiers aren't on the rate-cards or in Phoenix just yet, but will be added in the coming days.
New Spectrum Fiber Pricing
Yes, you read that correctly! Spectrum's Enterprise Fiber products are now available at ISPWN and pricing is now available on the rate-cards for terms ranging from 1 to 7 years.
International
UK & Europe
I'm proud to announce that in the next few days our new entities in the UK & Europe will be able to begin operations. We've done this to make it easier for us to deal with resellers and service providers alike at a more local level.
In other parts of Europe not specifically mentioned below, we're working on plans that will allow us to offer a consistent experience and price in almost all of the EU.
Finland
Completing the pricing models for the Finnish market has taken a little longer than I had expected, but we are working hard to make it happen.
Russia
We are in negotiations to bring services not just to Russia but to much of the CIS. We are hoping to be able to use some of the networks which cover many countries as a single-contract deal.
India
In addition to the wireless services that have recently been introduced, wired options are being developed for Indian entities, whether they are holding local licenses or wish to be franchisees.
Japan
If you're interested in offering services in Japan, now is a great time! We are looking for people to test our new LTE and 5G services.
Brazil

Plans are currently available to call Brazil for up to an hour per month. We are also working to establish local services.

Wired
